Sales History

?

The 1931 proof shilling was produced as a proof of record strike by the Melbourne mint. The proof strike is always exceptionally well struck up as with other Melbourne mint proofs and features a mirror finish. The Melbourne mint also produced a 1931 proof florin that year with similar characteristics.
