The Rock-wallaby is an agile animal that can be found in habitats featuring rocky and steep terrain where they can hide during the daytime. The genus is quite diverse with several species that include the yellow-footed, allied and black-flanked rock-wallaby. These species are surprisingly are often surprisingly distinct in appearance, size and conservation status.
