The 1921 Heaton mint one cent is one of the harder dates in the series with a mintage
of one million coins. From this, due to the hot and humid climate in North Borneo and its extensive circulation period, only
a low ratio of pieces have survived in higher grades with only four pieces certified in mint state
by PCGS thus far
